Singer-songwriter Maddi Butler grew up in the small town of Blue Eye, Missouri. She began writing and performing at the young age of 15 and has been busy ever since. From humble beginnings of singing songs in her grandparents’ living room, her music has transformed into a unique portrayal of her life. Her most notable performance was an appearance on The Mystery Hour, filmed at the Gillioz Theater in Springfield, MO. Her sound has been described as gritty, raspy, and powerful. Her influences include Gillian Welch, Stevie Nicks, Tyler Childers, Colter Wall, Ryan Bingham, and many more. She is currently working on an EP set to release sometime this year.
